How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the email to us
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approvedAll items, including sale items, can be returned for a full refund for up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Shipping costs are excluded.

    To return goods please:
    1) Repackage your items carefully and securely.
    2) Enclose the copy of your order in the package.
    3) Return to Bernard Boutique within 14 days of your written notification to

Same Day Shipping – Orders placed before 1 pm will ship the same day Tuesday-Friday via USPS. Anytime there is a sale shipping times maybe be slightly delayed. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working.
  • Economy 3-5 Day Shipping – No insurance. This is our slowest option.
  • Economy w/Signature Protection – Includes signature delivery
  • USPS Priority 2-4 day S&H – Delivery times are not guaranteed. Includes $50 insurance through the USPS.
  • Priority w/Signature Protection – $8.90 – Includes signature delivery


Shop The Run Way is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been delivered.

Once we hand your package off to the post office it is out of our control as to how fast it gets to you (even when priority mail is chosen) and the post office is now responsible for it. If you have questions as to the location of your package or why it hasn’t arrived yet you will need to contact your local post office.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you. If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. If you are worried about theft please upgrade to signature protection so a package can’t be left unattended.
